Stephan brings a strong background in insurance defense litigation, having represented a variety of insureds including transportation companies and municipalities. He skillfully handles all stages of the litigation process from initial filings through the end of discovery. Prior to joining Silverman Shin & Schneider, Stephan honed his litigation skills at several respected New York firms, building a track record of effectively defending his clients’ interests.
