Harvey joined our firm in 2012 as a partner in our New York office. Previously he was a partner in Schneider, Goldstein & Bloomfield LLP which merged with the firm in 2012. Forty-six years of experience with a heavy dose of litigation molded Harvey into a practical deal maker. His experience has included the leasing of commercial space with an emphasis on food service establishments, the sale of high profile restaurants, representing franchisees of many leading brands and the joint venturing of startup food service business. In addition he has and continues to advise small and medium sized business in their day to day operations. No stranger to litigation Harvey has conducted jury trials, arbitrations and successfully established important law in several areas.
