Peter has been practicing law since 1970 and is the founder and senior partner of the firm. He has over forty years of hands-on experience in all facets of corporate and commercial law. Peter started his career as an Assistant District Attorney in Kings County, New York and then honed his corporate and commercial skills as associate general counsel to an international accounting firm. A “Jack of All Trades”, Peter’s experience spans from trying felony criminal cases in his early years to mergers, acquisitions, public offerings and corporate finance. He has extensive experience in the representation of companies engaged in the transportation business and is recognized as a leader in representation of the school bus transportation industry, having negotiated billion dollar contracts, and crafted legislation for that industry. Through his many years of experience, Peter has honed his skills as a deal maker and has counseled large and small corporations including start-ups that have evolved into national multi-million dollar enterprises. Peter founded our predecessor firm in 1986.
