Milan S. Patel joined Silverman Shin & Schneider in 2024. Milan’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation in the real estate, finance, and intellectual property sectors. Prior to joining the firm, Milan worked in the intellectual property litigation department of a global law firm and in the commercial litigation group of a top New York law firm.
Milan earned his J.D. from Emory University School of Law, with honors, in 2021. While attending Emory Law, Milan competed in moot court and the alternative dispute resolution team, served as vice president of programming of the Student Bar Association, and was a member of the TI:GER team. He was also a teaching assistant for patent law and played guitar for the law school band. At Johns Hopkins, Milan was an NCAA fencer and performed clinical autism spectrum disorder research.
